Eggplant Wizard's eyes widen in terror and slight hunger
We  had 17 houses on our list of walk throughs for this weekend, but then it seems like magically --- they were all gone!

Now we have just 2 left, so we figured that perhaps it was better to go see them before this weekend.


That may mean that there is a possibility of us making an offer tomorrow on a house if we really like one.



And that's just plain scary!

On the issue of Stetson Chapel, Carol had this to say:

I will start reserving Stetson for September 2009 on the first working day of September 2008 the same is true for any other month the first working day of the month they want to be married in. There are two time slots available 11:30am-3:30pm (2pm wedding) and 3:30-7:30pm (5pm wedding) an hour rehearsal the evening before. The fee is usually $1200 but there is a discount for alums $800. This month the college opens its new banquet room, seats 200, rents for $1,000. You can bring in your own alcohol and Sodexho is the caterer.

we were going over the budget for the wedding last night. Did Carol happen to say how much the catering is extra? Or what the banquet room offers in service? or if there is a dance floor?

No, she didn't mention catering costs. I'll go over to campus one of these days and check out the banquet room and see what if offers.
